Deleting an account in the «JET» application

If you no longer wish to use the mobile application, you can always delete your account along with your personal data. To do this, follow these steps:


1. Log into your account on the mobile app.

2. Go to the personal data menu.

3. Select «Delete».

4. Confirm deletion.

5. Enter the confirmation code received via SMS.

!!! Please note that after your confirmation, all your registration data, fuel cards, transaction history and remaining liters of fuel will be deleted. Deleted data cannot be recovered.
Deleting an account is possible only if the remaining fuel on each of your fuel cards is less than 2 liters. Top up the available balance first and then repeat the removal procedure.

To be able to use the application again after deleting your account, you need to register again, however, previous application usage data will not be available.
